Re:c Cleaner Question Date Posted:09/12/2021 1:14 PMCopy HTML When you click custom clean make sure "Cookies" are selected in all the "Windows" and "Applications" tabs. Then click the "Options" tab and select "Cookies". If there are cookies in the right hand column that you want deleted every time you run "Custom Clean" then select them one at a time and move them into the left column. Cookies I keep in the right column (cookies in right column are protected from being deleted) are the cookies that allow you to sign in to certain web sites (like Aimoo) without having to type in the info every time you log into that web site. You will probably want to keep certain cookies protected. Just review each one from the right column and decide which ones to protect and the ones you don't want protected will have to be moved to the left column. I feel more like I do now than I did a while ago...

Re:c Cleaner Question Date Posted:09/12/2021 2:39 PMCopy HTML Wayne. I have always used the "Windows" tab when I go to Custom Clean....never had a problem til now...have used cCleaner for years. So before writing you, I did use the "Applications" tab...and tried it again this morning...(both Windows & Applications) and it still does NOT work. Matter of fact, did this a few more times. I have always kept the cookies I wish to save in the right hand column and they are still there, so I'm good with that...It's this other problem that I can't figure out. I guess I will forget about it and perhaps it will clear itself out. Thanks anyway for your advice... Have a good day. |

Re:c Cleaner Question Date Posted:09/23/2021 2:50 PMCopy HTML I finally figured it out. I went to Chrome, settings, privacy & security, cookies & other site data, clear cookies & site data when you close all windows. They now all gone. Hope this helps others .... |

Re:c Cleaner Question Date Posted:09/25/2021 1:51 AMCopy HTML Forgot to add....then Options to Cookies...and everything is working fine. Wish there was a way that we could 'edit' / delete" our posts....instead of having to start a new reply. Can anyone help with this? |

Re:c Cleaner Question Date Posted:09/25/2021 12:58 PMCopy HTML To the right of your message you want to delete click the "Read" option. When that results is displayed scroll to the message you want to delete and click the down arrow on "Action" and select "Delete" and then click "Go". Try this: Restart Aimoo. Then click the "Today" button, it's in the Aimoo forum list to the right of "Ticket". Scroll down to the message you want to delete. You will see the "Read" button where I described it above paragraph. ☺☺ I feel more like I do now than I did a while ago...

Re:c Cleaner Question Date Posted:09/26/2021 1:07 PMCopy HTML Trish, look at the far right column where the date and time is shown for every message that's posted. Don't you see the "Read" button? I feel more like I do now than I did a while ago...

Re:c Cleaner Question Date Posted:09/27/2021 12:53 PMCopy HTML You missed one step in your actions. When you click the "down arrow" on the Action button you will see 3 options to select from. "Quote to reply", "Edit", and "Delete". you must click the "Delete" option before you click "Go". You will only see those options from the down arrow if you are on a post you made. That keeps everyone else from deleting a post from other responders. ☺☺☺ I feel more like I do now than I did a while ago...

Re:c Cleaner Question Date Posted:09/27/2021 6:14 PMCopy HTML Wayne, I do understand what you are saying but when I click the 'action' button arrow....there is absolutely NO actions to choose from...absolutely nothing falls down. If I remember correctly, a number of years ago...this same thing was happening.....Looks like it's the same way for me again. Thanks again.... |

Re:c Cleaner Question Date Posted:09/27/2021 6:20 PMCopy HTML Send a trouble report through the Help button. Evidently the system doesn't believe you are the one that posted the message you're trying to delete. I feel more like I do now than I did a while ago...
