Yep, today we celebrate the kazoo. They were kind of a big deal when I was a kid. It seemed like every kid in the neighborhood had one kind or another, even some home-made versions. It's probably the only instrument I ever was able to get a decent tune from (or so I thought at the time). My compositions may have been less than stellar. 

Did y'all do the kazoo thing? If so, did you pass it on to your kids?

Nope I've heard of Kazoos but have never even seen one.

Don't know of anybody around here that had one.

They sound like fun
