any one know why it takes so long to 'analyze ' your system before it starts to clean it ?

Mine hangs up on 62% for 3-5 min.

Definitely something wrong on your system...I use the free version and it only takes 10 seconds to analyze and then less than a minute to do the full cleaning.

Other users have reported similar complaints...look through these comments and see if any of them fit your situation:

I feel more like I do now than I did a while ago...

Ok, will read

I won't be putting up with it much longer anyway come Xmas I'm going straight Apple, no more Windows bullnookie

the other day it shut me down to do a Code:error thing something like that . I griped about that one time before, took it in, guy didn't fix it. Just windows.

They say they're gathering information and  need to do a shut down and restart, so, they don't give a rip if your busy , they're gonna shut you down and do a restart.

Windows lost my business. Apple gained another 1,000 bucks for my new Apple Mac Air laptop (latest model) in gold color for my b'day and Xmas present.

Windows laptops will just be used for collection of DVD's, baseball cards, crap like that.

Cleaner may make you wait , to encourage you to buy the paid version more then likely.
