Apple has released iOS 11.2.2 for all iPhone and iPad versions running iOS 11. Apple says that the update contains security fixes, and although they aren’t specified, it’s been confirmed that the new released patches devices to protect against the massive Spectre security flaw that was recently uncovered.

The update is being pushed out over-the-air, which means that anyone running the most current iOS 11.2.1 version should be able to go download and install the update right now.

I guess that's just for iPhones and iPads ?    I heard people had some kind of fix already on their apple computers.
I inherited and I think I got rid of it that **** Siri stuff when I updated to High Sierra I'd rather take my chances  then get some
more stuff I don't want to have to think about or try to get help to fix.

You may want to check to see if you have the fix installed on your Mac..

In December, Apple released macOS 10.13.2, iOS 11.2, and tvOS 11.2 with mitigations to lessen the
risk, and iOS 11.2.2 also "includes security improvements to Safari and WebKit to mitigate the effects of Spectre." Additionally, Safari 11.0.2 includes mitigations against Spectre on macOS.

Apple said last week that no users had been affected by these vulnerabilities, which were present in all Macs, iPhones and iPads. The fixes to iOS, MacOS and the Safari browser require users to update their systems. On Macs, the update is for OS X El Capitan and macOS Sierra, and for iPhone and iPad, iOS11.
