I see pop-ups like that occasionally, too. . . most often when I'm browsing. What you're seeing is most likely adware. Someone wants to sell you something. The tell is when you are asked to "repair" and update windows. Updates pretty much happen whether we want them or not. If your system is current on the updates, there should be nothing that needs to be repaired. Also, if you system needed to be repaired, you'd probably already know it. Those "offers" to help you are often accompanied by a suggestion to update your drivers. That's another tell. I usually ignore that stuff. If the pop-ups start happening too often, I clean the browser history and cache, run CCleaner and mbam, and make note of the website that seems to be connected with those pop-ups. My suggestion would be to ignore that stuff. 

Get a Mac you won't have to fool with any more of that b s.

you won't get a choice of updating YOU WILL UPDATE they will wait till you get on your computer writing an email and BAM ! they will take over lock, stock and barrel.

Take your stimulus check and free yourself.  Mac laptops 13.5 inches can be had for close to thousand. Best Buy now you can't go in any more or Bed and Bath as far as that goes

Best Buy has curb service. Whole country is like one big ol' drive thru. Even libraries now, you have to call ahead when they say you have something to pick up and show your drivers license or lib. card
