If your security blocked the trojan, that's a good thing. It means your security is working. There should be nothing further you need to do. If you can determine where in the Facebook universe you encountered the trojan, you should probably avoid that area. If you routinely run security scans on a schedule, you should be fine until the next scheduled scan. However, if you're a bit nervous, run your scans now to ensure your PC is okay. 

I opened a political video,that's where it came from. Trying to find that video so I can delete it but easier said than done.

You're probably in better shape than you think. If your security program blocked it and alerted you, it probably didn't allow a download of the trojan to the computer. Opening a link to a video isn't usually like actively downloading something to your computer. What ever is downloaded to your computer so you can watch a video is generally kept as a temp file in the browser history. If you're having trouble locating the video on your computer, it's probably because it was not an active download. Any evidence of that video will likely be in your browser history. You can do a clean-up action of your browser through the browser or run a cleaning function of the broswer in CCleaner. MBAM does a pretty good job, as well. Just to be sure, though, it wouldn't hurt to run your normal cleaning scans that you normally do. If/when they run clean, you should have no worries.
